KIDS Services facilitates visits from 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., seven days a week, including most holidays.  

Days available for visitation may vary depending on the current schedules.

Office hours are Saturday through Thursday, 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The Registration Process

1. The first step is to obtain a court order that specifies the visiting party’s contact is to be supervised. All participants must be court ordered to participate in our program.

2. The next step is to download, review, and complete the following forms:

If you are unable to download these forms, please give us a call and we will mail them to you or you can make arrangements to pick up them up at our office. 

3. After you complete the questionnaire, contact us to schedule an appointment for an intake session. Due to the discussion of adult information, children may not be present during this time. Do not mail the questionnaire to our office; bring it with you to your appointment along with a signed copy of your court order.

4. Once all parties have completed the intake process, KIDS Services will schedule visitation   based on the court’s order and the availability of all parties.

Each party must complete the intake process before visits can begin.

5. Parties will be notified once a regular visitation schedule has been established. Please be advised that KIDS Services may not be able to accommodate all scheduling requests due to the current scheduled times of the families we are already serving.

6. A $40.00 Missed Visit Deposit is due at the intake interview.  (See Payment Policy)
