for their visits.
If you have been ordered to pay for some or
all of the visitation costs and your court order was issued in Idaho,
you may be eligible for assistance. Please see the instructions below.
For
court orders issued in Judicial District III (which includes the
counties of Adams, Canyon, Washington, Owyhee, Payette, and Gem):

for Funding.

Complete the application.
Be
sure that all questions have
been answered. Incomplete applications will be returned which will delay
the start of your visits.

Have the Income
Affidavit notarized.

Return the original application
along with a copy of the signed court
